Acceptance

By accessing Wenable websites, demos, products, applications, support channels, documentation, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If a signed agreement, order form, data processing addendum, statement of work, or product-specific term applies to your use of Wenable services, that document controls where it conflicts with these general terms.

Customer content and AI outputs

You are responsible for customer content submitted to Wenable services, including prompts, files, code, logs, tickets, device data, instructions, and other materials you or your users provide.

You grant Wenable the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services for you, subject to the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, security, regulated, or other consequential decisions.

Wenable intellectual property
